Call or Email:
Let us know your travel dates to Maui. If the unit is available,
we will hold it for you pending receipt of your deposit.
We will send or email you a rental agreement. Please return
it by mail or email when you send or charge your deposit.
When we have received your deposit payment and rental agreement,
your reservation will be confirmed.
2. Payments:
A deposit of 50% of the total payment, including Hawaii
state tax, is required to confirm your reservation. Payment
in full is required at least 30 days prior to your visit
(except for last-minute reservations).
If the final payment is not received 30 days before your
scheduled arrval, the condo will become available for booking
on a first-paid, first-serve basis. In such a case, the
cancellation policy will apply.
3. Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more
prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a full
refund. After final payment is received, if you cancel your
reservation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date, 50% of your total payments will be refunded. If you
cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival
date, we will make every attempt to re-book a new reservation
for the time you originally reserved. If a reservation is
re-booked for that period, you will be refunded 50% of the
total funds paid. If a new reservation cannot be re-booked,
no refund applies. Early departure does not warrant a refund.
4. Key
Procedures: When your final payment is made
and we have received your rental agreement, we will send
or email you information containing items of interest regarding
your stay such as driving directions from the airport, parking
information and key acces.
5. Check-out Procedures:
Return key upon departure as per instructions. Thank you
