The Kuleana is a beautiful ocean front resort located on the pristine coast of Kahana west Maui. Unit 309 is a one-bedroom, ocean view, second (top) floor, corner unit, located amidst the lush tropical lush gardens of the Kuleana resort. It is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and tiled floors throughout. It has air conditioned and a washer-dryer inside the unit. Also included is broadband internet, telephone with free long distance, TV-DVD in both the living room and bedroom. On-site parking is also included. From the private lanai (deck) you will experience amazing views of the ocean, Molokai island, and beautiful sunsets. During migration season you can whale-watch rignt from your lanai. An on-site snorkeling ramp and ladder offers easy access to the crystal-clear ocean water. There is a private sandy beach on the property (pictured below). The world-famous beaches of Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili are nearby, as are many other picturesque beaches and tropical coves. There is also a large open-air lobby with ping-pong and an on on-site activities desk where you can book tours and island activities.

A regulation tennis court and large heated swimming pool is located on the property. Relax and swim year-round in the heated pool or shoot a set of tennis. The Kuleana is well known for its beautiful environment of private tropical grounds on seven acres, with walkways surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants, flowers and coconut palm trees. These gardens are tended with pride and are considered to be among the finest tropical resort settings on the West Maui coast.

You can walk to restaurants and bars, a mini market, coffee houses, a health food and farmers market. Shopping, fine dining and golf can all be found within a short radius. Kuleana is about three miles north of the exciting Kaanapali hotel and entertainment district, which includes spas, golf, kayaking and shopping. Historic Lahaina Town is about five miles south, where you can find numerous restaurants and bars for every taste, shopping galore, art galleries and unique speciality shops. There are boats for sport fishing and parasailing, movie theaters, luau shows and weekly art and craft fairs. World-class surfing is located a few miles north at Honolua Bay, or stick to more mellow waves at nearby S-Turns. If golf is your bag, the legendary Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses are within a five minute drive. If you don't feeli like running around, stay in and enjoy the view, lay around the heated pool or beach and barbeque in the evening right on the oceanfront, while enjoying the tropical climate and amazing Maui sunsets.
